We would need someone able to possibly remove the shelving (if we are unable to do it ourselves), rip up the carpet (replacing the floor will me be required at this time), remove the small wall, and erect the new wall. There is one extra consideration, due to the location of our NBN box, but should be an easy fix - but we might need to show you it or explain further (see photos for some context).
