Cost effective is the most important element! Im happy to supply appliances, but happy for you to supply / suggestions too. There are no electrics - hot plate plugs in above fridge. Sink will need disconnected & reconnected. Tiles should be fine and not need redone. This is in a small 1 bed apartment in surfers on 2nd floor. Theres currently a tenant there until 10 Jan.
