Location: Surfers Paradise, QLDJob Description: Have a small unit in an old 1960s building (The Sands). Its been cheaply renovated but actually close up is very dodgy. I would like a light modern and budget (not dodgy budget like current! ) renovation - such as light laminate flooring, white walls and roof and skirtings redone, would like the bedroom/ensuite/laundry space to be better utilised to maximise storage but also be modern. Light coloured cupboards, marble or white stone colour (laminate) benches. If able, the bedroom going into the bathroom, somehow can the wardrobes be open, like as the space you walk through to get to ensuite, the cupboards are in between but open. And, perhaps the kitchen could be better but I know that the plumbing has to be left as is. Its all old and dodgy. I am only looking to spend maybe $10-15,000 so it is very much budget, and I understand if its not possible.
