Location: Footscray, VICJob Description: I have tried planting gras seed several times, also lippia groundcover and instant roll out turf. Nothing has survived. I definitely do not want artificial turf. I am wondering if the topsoil needs to be removed and replaced before planting? I am happy to have a groundcover alternative to grass, so long as it is green and hardy.
