Location: Springwood, QLDJob Description: Purchasing an established low-level home at Springwood which is on a concrete slab. The existing shagpile carpet needs to be removed, and I would like to replace it with polished concrete for easy cleaning and a nice, tidy look. The real estate agent can facilitate access for measure and quote purposes. I am regularly available in the Springwood area also. I get the keys on 7th November and would like work on the floors to commence from 8th November please, as I can't move furniture in until the flooring is sorted. Surface area is approximately (and very roughly) 109m2 to replace the white shagpile carpet. This is a guess based on the floor plans from the real estate ad. I am leaving the slate tiles on the floor in the kitchen area. See attached floor plan with green ticks on it.
