How did you decide to get into your line of work?

The owner, Andrew, started out in a carpet laying apprenticeship as a teenager, then went on to run his own subcontracting business carpet laying. He became injured so moved over to work in Sales in a carpet store, then decided he could provide a better service for customers owning his own business, so we opened ALS Flooring Solutions.

Our favourite customer stories are when our customers are happy and love their new flooring! We love positive feedback and often receive it! Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and we always enjoy hearing from happy customers.

If there is a warranty on the work provided. If there is a warranty on the products installed. If its a large or difficult job, ask if they are confident with the work and done a job like this before. Always trust your gut, if something doesn't feel quite right then don't go ahead. Always get at least 3 quotes.

It's usually good for us to see the area first to professionally measure and view the area to check any issues with the existing flooring and to be able to quote accordingly. We can also answer any questions that arise at the time of measuring and discuss any requirements.

If you feel confident enough, you can pull up and remove the existing carpet & underlay or any other existing flooring. Remove any furniture in the area.
