Job Description: The 10 yo shared fence with my next door neighbours has become warped. The 5 feet wide planter next door is trapping dead bamboo leaves between the planter and our shared fence as there's only an 8 inch gap. I want a 5 - 7 foot area on my side of the fence bolstered before it gets too out of shape and the gaps plugged up.
