Location: Mount Lawley, WAJob Description: Scope of work: 1) fix neighbours coms cable by running a new conduit with a new cable. Connect to the existing cable at the back corner of the house in a box. All trenches will be dug by me. Length of conduit and cable appx. 25m 2) run conduit for future coms cable on my property, for future fibre to the premise. Trenches will be dug by me as well. Length of conduit appx. 8m. 3) run a 240V power supply to the front of the driveway for a sliding electric gate. Dimensions for the new circuit from the switchboard are shown on the pictures. Alyernatively, could use one of the circuits that runs through the garage already. Trench will be dug by me to 600m depth. I'll drill through the limestone wall to get on the lower side where the gate motor will be 4) in the same trenches as the 240V, run a low voltage power supply for garden lighting (6 lights) for the 6 pillars at the front. The lights will be in the ground and pointed onto the limestone pillars. The transformer could potentially go into the roof space but open for recommendations. I'll supply the garden lights and transformer.
