John was excellent! He was punctual, did his job fast (just 20 min to install light and power point) and left no mess after himself. His quote was fair with no hidden fees (aka “call out fees”). Definitely recommend and be back for any other electrical jobs in the future!

After one contractor who I paid to come and diagnose the problem to my A/C unit left me in lurch, I contacted Local and Licensed to come out and trouble shoot the damage to my A/C unit that was damaged in a lightning storm. Chris right from the onset was a pleasure to deal with. Firstly he was always on time and available to answer any questions. His project management skills were outstanding as that the job become much more that replacing the damaged A/C unit. We were required to run new A/C chilled water pipes within the building of a tenanted semi. The scope required Chris to co-ordinate and manage all the building works including; managing the tenant, scoping the works to minimise impacts to the building, which included cutting a series of access holes in ceiling and walls, including all the gyprock, plastering and painting works to make good. Chris managed all the communication with the insurance company and tenant perfectly. Chris was planning and scheduling was always on time, and to my delight, carried out and completed the work exactly to program. I appreciated his attention to detail, including carrying out a detailed clean of the entire house, leaving it in better shape than the tenant left. All the trades that he used were also outstanding, and I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and Local & Licenced to any future customer, based on their outstanding customer service, electrical and building knowledge and having available specialist trades around Air conditioning and building works. In summary, great job, Chris very happy customer, 10 out 10.

Mike was on time, efficient and gave excellent advice on all the work I was proposing to be done. He talked me through everything that I needed to know and did an excellent job with all the repairs and installs. I will be using him as my electrician from now on!
