Job Description: HP all in one computer possible issues with the motherboard needs to be assessed. I moved house recently but when I was setting up the computer I encountered some issues. I plugged the computer in and it started up and was running properly and was working as it normally would but when I plugged the printer into the same power board the computer died and would not start up again. I tried several other power boards and Power points but nothing worked. I originally thought it might be the cord but I took it to JCar in ringwood and they tested the cord and I was told it is not the power cord. I spoke to HP and they said it might be the motherboard and the staff at JCar also said the same thing. However because it is out of warranty HP can not help me. we are on disability pension so we are hoping it is not something too expensive to repair. I have also tried a hard rest but that also failed.
