  Technician arrived right on time. Very professional and friendly. He repaired the many problems I had on my PC - some small annoying problems and a couple more complicated. Very competitive rates, and I would certainly recommend Tattwa as your first port of call.

• Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

  I guarantee my work. If I can't fix anything then there will be no charge. Also if the problem isn't fixed properly the first time then we will make sure it is fixed.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I used to work at a computer store and seeing how stressed people where when having to get there computer fixed , customers crying etc.. I thought I could make a difference and make things easier for them by not having to go to the store in the first place but helping them from the comfort of there own home.
