Stove, oven and grill - including drip trays and behind the stove (if applicable) to be thoroughly cleaned - including any glass/ splashbacks etc- please use Jiff to clean the trays inside the oven which should be silver after food and grease removed 2. Exhaust fans and extractor fan covers to be removed, cleaned and replaced 3. Windows and window sills to be thoroughly cleaned inside and out (outside if able to be reached) 4. All cupboards inside and out are to be thoroughly cleaned and all personal items to be removed 5. Marks to be removed from walls - using spray and wipe or sugar soap. Any damage to walls (hooks that have been put on walls - need to be professionally plastered and painted to ensure the walls are to the same standard as to when the lease commenced) 6. All light fittings to be cleaned and any globes to be replaced if necessary 7. All floors to be cleaned; including carpets to be professionally cleaned. Please use a professional carpet cleaning company not a hire machine from Bunnings 8. Particular attention to bathrooms, toilets, bathroom cabinets - the shower recesses need to be scrubbed and grouting free from all soap residue and mould - (exit mould or bleach).
