Chelsea catered for our son's 21st birthday party for about 60 people. It was a fantastic evening and we couldn't have been happier with the delicious food and the wonderful staff that Chelsea provided. We had numerous guests with special dietary requirements and Fabio, our waiter, looked after them all extremely well, remembering each guest's needs.
