Stumps and bearers already in place just needs new joists and decking Main Lower deck at back bi fold doors needs new Stumps, bearers and decking. Old deck & soil will be cleared today. 8x5m Upper balcony 4.5mx1.8m needs new 140mm decking laid in full lengths to match 2 Lower decks. 2 posts (we have onsite) to be fixed to house on top then new stainless Balustrade cables. Front verandah needs re laying properly. Previously done poorly with stained tas oak. Needs replacing with Jarrah 87x19 tongue & groove falling away from house.
