Job Description: The attached pictures show an access panel that was cut into the plasterboard in a walk-in-robe behind a bathroom to gain access to the plumbing. This was done some years ago in one apartment in a building of 4. I would like a quote to have this done to the other 3 apartments. The aim is to cut open a panel that can be reclosed with minimal effect on the aesthetics of the adjoining room.

Job Description: Looking for a small team or skilled individual (plus general labour) to lay 20mm PEX pipe for an in-slab hydronic heating system. Must be comfortable working with reinforcement mesh and slab prep. Experience preferred this requires precision and care. Project Details: 8 pipe circuits from a central manifold location Pipe spacing: 200mm grid, tied to slab reinforcement Pipes will exit slab and be turned vertically Pipes to be pressure-tested and left inflated for pour Slab: 260mm thick with N16 reinforcement, 200mm grid Placement, under top layer of reinforcement. You must: Be careful, tidy and experienced around slab prep Supply basic tools (cable tie gun, cutters etc) Work from provided drawings (dimensions + colour-coded circuits) Communicate clearly and coordinate with builder onsite Nice to have: Hydronic pipe install experience More work later (basement and 1st floor)
