Job Description: Hey lovely ones, Im after an engineer and/or builder to assess what is required to remove a small internal wall, and support the above two floors post-removal. The place is a ground floor apartment in Moonee Ponds, between 50-70 years old and with NO engineering, structural or architectural plans available. There are two floors above of the same layout. The wall itself is in the kitchen and would be roughly 600mm x 300mm (L-shaped). Please see attached images for reference. I need someone to come assess the wall, provide a plan and costing as to how to remove it and support the load, and then come remove it and install whatever supporting structure is necessary. This is part of a renovation that is weeks behind, honestly the soonest you could come inspect the better as I need this done as quickly as possible. Thank you all in advance!
