We recently had our roof restoration done by Imakk Roof Restorations. Even though we received a quote from another company, my husband and myself decided to go through Hank. I just wanted to say from start to finish we were completely satisfied with the work. When we received a call from Hank to begin the roof restoration he said he would arrive the following day at 730, surprising enough he was here at 7:30 sharp. He introduced his team and started checking the house. They had a look at the roof and began setting up. When Hank came off the roof he showed me and my husband the chemicals they were going to use along with explaining in full detail the process of work to come. I really appreciated the fact that hank used his gutter protector for his ladder so my gutters would not get scratched. His team while onsite for 3 days were very polite and cleaned up after themselves each day. They even cleaned my gutters thoroughly leaving no debris. We are very thankful and thought we could express our gratitude by letting you know. We have been in business ourselves for 45 years.
