I was trying to design / renovate my living dining area and Rosanne, even before getting into the little details, and with single look to that space, she suggested a certain rearrangement of my already existing furniture , which brought up the beauty of every piece and created a more stylish yet cozy feeling! Appreciate her help and her exceptional taste and definitely would recommend her service.

Ibby is the principal builder for our home renovations. He is competent, reliable and trustworthy. There have been instances where I have given him too much money, and he has returned it! He also communicates very clearly about the logic behind decisions that need to be made on-site so that I understand what costs are arising due to building codes or structural reasons. He also managed the renovations very well, ensured progress and that work was done to a high standard. I have heard him onsite with his trades critiquing and questioning the work done to ensure it meets his high standards. He kept us informed, was proactive and provided valuable suggestions on designs that maximised space usability without sacrificing aesthetics. I can see that he cares deeply about my overall renovation as much as I do - he will say “it’s not going to look nice, but it’s up to you!” I appreciate this feedback, and have taken it on, or not taken it on (and regretted it!). And it’s important to note that when I don’t take his feedback, he doesn’t pressure us to change our mind! This is the second renovation Ibby has done for our family, and I have already confidently referred him to other friends and family who have spoken about doing an extension or renovation.
