It's a rental and I'm not sure how long it has been happening but there is wood rot in the bottom timber frame of the wall behind the shower. I need this repaired and waterproofed and may as well reno the bathroom generally while I'm at it. If you do kitchen renovations, I'd be interested in getting a quote for that too - it needs a new benchtop and about five years ago some of the cabinets sustained termite damage so probably worth doing a reno of the ktichen too.
