I'm facing a water leak issue where water from the shower in the bathroom is seeping into the shared wall in the master bedroom. The bathroom is quite old and in need of a refresh. Currently, we've stopped using the shower and are using the bathtub for bathing. I'm seeking your expertise to determine if I only need to replace the shower or if a complete bathroom renovation is necessary. The house was built in 2001, so I assume the wall doesn't contain asbestos. The current bathroom floor plan has the shower and bathtub inside the bathroom, with the sink located outside the bathroom wall in an open space. I'm interested in obtaining cost estimates for three scenarios: replacing just the shower, a complete bathroom renovation, and relocating the sink inside the bathroom. I don't require any extravagant features or designs, just the basics to keep costs down as I'm on a budget. I look forward to your response.
