When the plumber removed a section of the wall it was discovered that the shower wasn't water proofed. I need the nib wall replaced, the other 2 walls of the shower and floor need the tiles removed. Advice regarding this issue requires further investigation by a licensed and suitable experienced wall and floor tiler. Tile grouting to the balcony floor has deteriorated/cracked in parts and requires rectifaction to prevent water ingress entering areas below tiled surfaces. It is recommended to re-grout these areas.
