Yes we are insured $10,000,000 public liability policy.  Yes we also guarantee our work.  If in the unlikely event you were unhappy with a job we have done we will stay until it is complete to your satisfaction.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I enjoy the outdoors meeting people.  Comfortable with heights I get a great sense of satisfaction knowing that my work could save someones life or their house burning down in the event of a bushfire.  Similarly I can save it from water damage due to blocked gutters.  Or saving you $$ in electricity

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

One of the most memorable was rescuing a ringtail possum from a Gutter when doing a gutter cleaning job.  It stuck in behind some poorly installed gutter protection and couldn't get out.  When I prissed back the gutter guard the possum ran straight up my arm and behind my neck before running off

We get to do different jobs EVERY day.  Every day is a new challenge with a different task.  We meet great people (our customers) that love to swap a story every day also.  Over and above that we live in the Sunshine Coast, the place GOD comes to have a holiday.

How often should I have my Solar Panels cleaned?  It is generally recommended every 6 months but it does depend on where you live.  If you live near the coast you will need to do it more often.  Can you do a cheaper price if I have my Solar Panels and Gutters Cleaned at the same time?  Yes we can.

We pride ourselves on customer service and customer satisfaction.  We keep you in the loop at all times.  Not only in regards to the job itself.  But also just when we are going to turn up.  We do our upmost to give you an accurate arrival time and date to save you waiting around.

We turn up when we say we will.  We clean up after ourselves and do a great job at a reasonable price.

The more details you can be with the description of the job the easier it is to give an accurate quote.  Describing things like access to the property (easy, hard, or other).  Dates you would like it done.  For things like window cleaning or cleaning whether it is single or double storey.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Accepted Answer

Generally saving money before we start is EASY.  That comes down to clearing the area/areas we have to work before we arrive. Eg, if we had to relocate plant pots or statues before we could properly pressure clean the pavers this takes more time and therefore costs a little more if we have to do it.

Accepted Answer

Because we are a family owed and operated business we do not charge hirer prices to cover the franchise fees that a lot of the other operators charge.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

Our price depends on the service you require.  Our pricing generally starts from $20 for lawns and from $99 for Gutter Cleaning.  We can save you $$$ on Solar Panel cleaning especially if you have it done with your gutters.  We are also very competitive when it comes to Window Cleaning.

We specialize in hard to reach areas.  - Gutter cleaning single or multi storey - Gutter Guard, Leaf Stoppa and Leaf Sheild installations - Solar Panel Cleaning - Window Cleaning - Hard to reach and high up window cleaning - High Reach Vacuuming -  up to 12 metres
