Youphoria Coaching’s goal is to educate individuals on the steps to STRONG mental health through educational programs aimed at understanding the importance of brain function. We believe repetition equals results and are committed to developing new thought patterns in order to address limiting beliefs, trauma and associated behavior. We are passionate, driven and educated, with a focus on releasing the old negative internal dialogue which results in numerous health conditions and unhealthy behaviours. Youphoria Coaching’s aim is to condition and instill a healthy and positive internal dialogue so that an individual can possess a positive mental attitude and lead a more fulfilling and enjoyable life.
