Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes I am insured and I guarantee my work for 12months. But if anything happens after 12 months, still ring, sure I can help, never had that problem yet

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

My cricket mate loved how hard I worked and how much I enjoyed it, as his whole family were fencers, they taught me, at age 19. Did this ever since. Am 42 now.

I love hard work, so does my labourer, we love the outdoors and hardwork. Love your job and never work a day in your life!

Most of my work is word of mouth so I know I'm reliable, haven't had a paid add ever until now

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

I have 20 years experience, still only a 2 man company and use only the best timber, from Ironbark timber. Also the best quality Colorbond.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

I don't like to quote over phone, as you never know what the ground will look like and whether there are split levels and one side may need a sleeper.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

You can save money by clearing a 1 metre clearance from the fence, especially Paling side. Also cash is a way to get it cheaper.

I do have a White Colorbond fence, about 15 metres going a lot cheaper than the standard Colorbond price, was ordered and unable to use.

My pricing is very competitive as I don't have the overheads that other big companies have, even though I pay extra for the quality timber!

How do you normally charge for your service?

I charge by the metre, and extra to pull down and take away old fence or retainer wall. Or any ivy, shrubs, anything stuck to the fence.

I do feature fencing of all kinds, and am willing to work with the client to work out what would look best at their house.

I waa taught how to fence from a friend who's father and grandfather were all fencers, so taught from the best, 20 years now, also had the same labourer for 20 years
