  Very Happy with the Service provided by Victoria Movers. The removalists arrived on time and got on with the job without any idling. The loading and unloading was done according to the way I requested. They were very accommodating of my numerous requests on how I wished my belongings to be handled. I was provided with an estimated Quote & duration and even though it took a bit longer, I wasn't charged an extra fee. The Company's pricing is also very reasonable in comparison. No hesitation in using their services again or recommending the Company to others.

  Don't use this company! Cancelled on my original booking due to weather, after I called to confirm as I hadn't heard from them. I had taken the day off to do the move! Booked my move for the following day 1pm they arrived at 3.37 after several calls from me in a panic. The movers were told disassemble of beds and reassemble at the new place 1at the time of booking, they did not do either. I did! They were carrying things one at a time. Then called it done at 2.23 hours saying my time was up. They take care when moving the items. Charged for 3 hours and I had to remind them of the deposit already paid. Soooo disappointed I used them based on previous reviews. 😔

  Do not use this company. Arrived 3 hours late, charged double the quoted price and took 4 hours to complete a 2 hour job. Unprofessional, rude and demanding at the end of the move and stood over me trying to get a good post on google. Paid their demanded price via bank transfer, and company will not respond to issue me a receipt for my payments made. Ghosted. Rocked up in a rental truck with minimal equipment. Damaged the wall while moving and didn't acknowledge it at all. Lucky I did most of the heavy lifting and directing because it would have taken 6 hours to move a minimal 1 bed unit less than 1km apart. Absolutely the most appalling company I have dealt with ever.
