  Brian did a pre-purchase inspection for my house recently. The inspection was really thorough and the report was full of details which shows a lot of information about the minor defects of the house that people might not be aware of.   We used Brian recently for two house inspections. For the first inspection we were overseas, but Brian organised a time for us to talk on the phone, and go through the report in detail. As there was a major problem in the roof of the first house, Brian recommended a roof carpenter to do a follow up inspection and quote for the remedial works, and Brian even phoned the roof carpenter himself to talk him through the problems. We did not end up going ahead with the purchase of that house, and when we had an offer accepted on a second house, we were very glad to use Brian's expertise again. This house was in much better condition, and we look forward to moving in very soon. I have no hesitation in recommending Brian highly. He was a pleasure to deal with.
