  Hi Craig, Thanks for the work removing 17 small trees and shrubs. When we originally quoted at your site it was for 12 trees and two waste trips over 8 hours. As we agreed we finished the work with six green waste skips over 10 hours. Thanks again for the business.

  Joel did put in a lot of effort but would have preferred if was advised did not have correct equipment for the job then would not have hired...which I told him. It was a tall hedge and came without a tall enough ladder so now the hedge is only trimmed where he could reach!!! will have to hire someone else to fix it...not happy which we relayed, but did not offer reduction to compensate....

  Thanks for the feedback Cheryl. The site height was not able to be accessed as we discussed. Unfortunately working at heights restricts some of the work requirements.
