i always been insure and guaranteed is there if i provide a 100% service if i am the one to do everything from scratch,but not always work that way unless there is a explanation behind.

i come from overseas 21 years ago and i has to learn something and i did have the opportunity to do my aprentiship  with MBA back on those days and i did like it and i sill going good with my small business doing everything .

i went to have look this job this time to a private house and when i got there and some one open the door these lady said to me ,if u are one of the bad plasterers don't even think about it because i pay twice already and i still got the same problem and i anwer to her unless you see what i can do there isn't much i can do but i said to her i may charge you maybe doble of what u already pay but you will not have that problem again and to this time i done more work for then and they happy to pay because i always done  a good job .

first,make sure that has complete his trade by the law to give the right service to costumers and not to spend doble money to pay someone else to come to fix the previous work and make sure that the tradie has his papers in order in case that the job that you are getting done it will be safe in case that you don't get the job finish.

Normally i like to offer a 10% discount on the price of the job if get approve by the costumers and on top of that i am willing to reduce the price if the time stimater is less that what i normally would do the job ,so i always willing to pas the savings around with my costumers.

My prices are competitive for the simple reason that ones i finish my work there is nothing to fix or come back so you always getting value for your money even when you think that u are paying to much.

I normally like to price my jobs on a contract or fix price but then again if the job have to many things that need to fix before hand i will charge on hourly rate base of $48 dollars per hour + Gst and materials on top.

i did my time with MBA as a plasterer &gyproker plus i can do any kind of work always to do with gyprock and not only that i do have the experience to do anything no matter whether is new house or renovation.
