  I found the lack of communication to be extremely frustrating e.g. I had to contact the owner each time to find out when the job would commence and what time, and as the job was going to take several days, I also had to contact the owner to find out when they would return to complete the work. Unsatisfactory. Not a very good way to run a business leaving your customers wondering what's going on.
