Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We are fully insured (see attached insurance certificate) for 20 Million Public Liability. We adhere to the QBCC rules on warranty and Dulux carries a 10 year product warranty.

There are many roofs around. Not everyone knows or even thinks much about their roof. We enjoy the results and the fact that a properly restored roof keeps a home safe again, and looks fantastic on top (excuse the pun)!

Every customer has an interesting story but it was satisfying to hear back from a lady that used the Dulux Cool Coat and told us that her son calculated that her electricity bill had reduced by 16%. She was very happy.

We are proud of our business. We love it when a job is completed to a customer's full satisfaction and we love getting people come back to us with their great feedback.

You should always make sure that your contract a reliable and licensed business. Public Liability insurance protects the contractor and you. Knowledge of the work involved, and quality of materials used are very important.

Every customer has different concerns and there are no standard answers. We do not push our customers into a sale but rather let them make the decision when they feel comfortable. Therefore we sit down with them and take the time to answer all the questions honestly. We don't rush you.

Please let us know what type of roof you have, is it Tile, Terracotta or Colourbond? How many storeys? do you know the age?

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

A roof should not be played with by people that are not experts. Don't let a handyman use silicone on a tile roof to patch up a leak or  broken or cracked tiles. This is never a permanent solution as the silicone dries out and cracks again. It's time consuming and expensive to remove.

We are a local business and we may not always be the cheapest, as cheapest can bring great problems with it.. We only use Dulux,  the best paint for your roof,  and deliver great service. You get what you pay for!

How do you normally charge for your service?

Clean Deal Roofing does not ask for a deposit beforehand. Your payment is due when the job is finished and  the satisfaction slip has been signed by you. We accept payment via direct deposit, bank guaranteed cheque or credit card (1.5% credit card fee is charged)

We repair, clean and repaint tile, terracotta and Colourbond roofs. We are proud of the work we do and our customers are happy.
