We were called to a clients place for a quote. Upon arrival we noticed parts of the roof were covered with a tarp... When speaking with the client, she told us how she was swindled. After we finished her roof she was so happy she gave all the team a bonus $100 and some beer...

I love seeing the transformation of a roof... At the beginning the roof looks worn and tired, by the end its got that new look and transforms the look of the entire house.

We usually are asked the price. Our response is Depending on the amount of work required.  We are also asked "This guy quoted this much... Can you Match it?" We love to stay competitive, so we can match any written quote... within reason.

Our company is up to date with all its compliance. We are a valued member of ASSA. All our clients are provided with a Safety Work Method Statement before the job has commenced.  With work site accidents increasing these days, you want to make sure the company you hire has the right compliance.

There are several thing we look for before quoting... These include: - Square Meterage of the Roof - Damage that requires fixing - Is the roof previously restored?  - Are the tiles pourise? - How many tiles are cracked/broken? - Are there any leaks? - Is the roof Single or Double Storey?

We do try to stay competitive, but unfortunately, this day and age we feel some companies are just undercutting each other to the point where it just doesn't work. A majority of the time we are on point with our quoting methods. The owner has been in Roof Restorations for over 12 years.

We usually charge per sqm for our work... On the odd occasion we charge off what we feel is the right price.
