Yes we are insured with Public Liabiliy insurance and have workers compensation for our employees. We have a material guarantee of 7 years and 10 years on certain products.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

family owned and operated business since 1979. We have an ongoing need for roof repairs in the Gold Coast area and the fact that there are so many unreliable, unlicensed and incompetent people out their attempting to repair roofs, is actually a good thing as we constantly fix up their errors.

One of our clients had a handyman over to repair the leak in their tiled roof. He siliconed up every tile join on the roof thinking that is where the water must of been getting into the roof cavity. It cost the client a re-roof as the tiles were beyond the repair. They regretted hiring a handyman

What do you like most about your job?

The different challenges we get as we inspect and undertake repairs on many different roofs. Not every roof leak has the same problem and they are unique in their own way so we love the challenge of having to find the real issue.

Do we do free inspections? yes we do unless we require a machine to access 3 storey or higher buildings.  Do I have to be home during inspection/job? Its not essential if you give us a good idea of what the issue is and where it is as well as easy access.

Address, Type of roof (tile/metal), 1,2 or 3 storey property, interested just in solving the immediate problem or looking for maintenance/preventative repairs as well? we dont require you to be home at time of inspection if we have easy access to roof and a detailed description of where the leak is.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Keep gutters clean from debris by doing regular gutter cleans Dont try and repair the leak with silicone yourself as in most cases this only makes it worse Dont waste your time/money on getting an unlicensed handyman to repair your roof as they will only cost you more money in the long run.

We are not the cheapest. There is a reason we only use the best roofers to carry out all our inspections and repairs and that is because we find the issue and fix it first time. We also answer the phone beyond the job completion date which means we stand behind our work.

We do free roof inspections during which it is not essential for the home owner to be home if roof access is easy but we can organise it if this is necessary. We charge per job basis depending on what is required to be done.
