  I will not recommend anyone to go with Roland Home improvements. Projected cost: 44,500 AUD, fully paid. Project started in November 2020 and now it is May 2021, and still it is not yet complete. Shoddy work by this contractor. Too much talk and too little action to back his words up. We are going through lots of stress. Unethical contractor, lacks honesty and empathy. We will soon be approaching VCAT for a resolution.
