  Richard did a wonderful job on our retaining walls, lawn, pond and decking. He is a very hard worker, is extremely talented and easy to deal with. He did more work than was quoted and didn't charge extra.

  In general, we were happy with the work that was done. However the turf did not cover the area that we had agreed to and we were not consulted about this. Rich agreed to come back to fix this and after a couple reschedules, all of our texts and calls have been ignored. Unprofessional and disappointed by this.

  very unfair review considering Nicole bought the turf directly from supplier and couldn't afford the initial quote so decided to do a smaller area. I did say I would help fix it but the supplier told me to stay out of it and then she contacted another of my suppliers that she didn't even purchase the turf through to complain about this and I didn't even do the job through oneflair. I think this is just a bit spiteful.
