  We had a really good experience with their services. They renovated our laundry into bathroom and we are very satisfied with their service. Their charges were very reasonable compared to the market and they went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. They even did quite a few complementary things for us. Further, they also suggested us the best possible electrician for our specific needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for bathroom renovation or related services. They are very reliable and completed their work on time as well. Thank you so much.

  I’m extremely frustrated with my experience with Remodler. I clearly described the job, provided detailed information and pictures through Hipages, and confirmed the scope again by phone. Despite this, after arranging to meet at my home (and taking time off work), the representative asked about design preferences and assured me he’d follow up. Two days later, I received a dismissive message stating the work was outside their domain—completely contradicting their earlier confirmation. This was particularly disappointing given their advertised services clearly cover this work. Overall, an unprofessional experience and a total waste of my time.

Job Posting Details Based on your job listing on Hipages under ‘Bathrooms’ category, it appeared to be a bathroom renovation project, which falls under our core services. As a service provider, we have a very short window—typically 5 to 10 seconds—to respond to job postings, and we incur a cost for doing so. For reference, here’s the exact wording of your post: “I would like to redo my existing toilet/laundry room — more shelves, cabinets, potential sink replacement etc. (No changes to plumbing).” 2. Site Visit One of our team members visited you at your convenience around 7:00 PM. After discussing your requirements, it became clear the work primarily involved carpentry, rather than a full renovation. He mentioned we might be able to assist, depending on your specific needs, and asked for sample photos for better clarity. After reviewing the photos you provided, we determined that we might not be able to deliver the result to the standard shown in the images, and we felt it was better to step back than to risk delivering subpar work. 3. Communication I informed you via text that we specialize in bathroom renovations, and such carpentry-specific work is usually outsourced. Unfortunately, our regular carpenter was unavailable at the time, so I suggested seeking assistance from a more relevant provider. 4. Follow-up After you expressed your disappointment, I attempted to call you to explain the situation and offer a direct apology. You chose not to engage further via phone (sent message that you don’t want to talk), so I followed up with an SMS to apologize for any time you felt was wasted. Despite my efforts to clarify and apologize, I noticed a review was still posted on both Hipages and Google. We genuinely regret that we couldn't fulfil your needs in this instance, but we hope this explanation provides some insight into our process and intentions. We value honesty and transparency, and our goal is always to ensure that customers receive the best service—even if that means recommending other professionals better suited to the job.   I am really impressed with the quality of work done by Nadeem and Qaisar for my bathroom renovation, thank you Remodler. They are experienced professionals and know their job. In addition to this, their pricing was very reasonable, I even got quotes from other companies but the prices quoted by Mr. Qaisar were unmatchable. They are really flexible and understanding, I asked for some extra work to be done, in the middle of the initial project work, which they happily accepted and quoted me a very reasonable price which was nearly impossible to get from any other place. They kept me informed for each step completed and installed all the fixtures as per my choice and satisfaction, they even replaced the newly installed items without any hesitation only because because I was not satisfied and didn't charge me anything extra. They also performed a few addition tasks like installation of bathroom shelves, repairing of a couple of damaged floor tiles, etc. upon my request without any hesitation and didn't charge me a single cent for it. I will highly recommend them to anyone who want to have a high quality professional work done at a very reasonable/affordable price, then do not hesitate just call Remodler and your issues will be taken care of.

  Had a new shower screen installed, very happy with the finished details . Would recommend. Left the area cleaned. Good service dealing with Qaisar who followed up the day after ensuring the job was completed properly and if i was happy with the installation. Nice to have Qaisar ensuring I was happy and there was no issues.
