  100% recommend. I bought my first home and used this company for my pre purchase building and pest inspection. Their response time was super fast. The inspector did a very detailed walk though and reported on everything, taking lots of photo for me to reference. Once the inspection was done I got a call and he was very patient in explaining everything in a way that I understood easily. Thank you all for making the transaction so easy and smooth!
