  Absolutely 100% happy with the service from Colette and Patrick. There are no theatrics or YouTube drama's, just extremely well compiled reports within hours of each stage inspection. Nothing was ever an issue, if our builder needed to cancel or reschedule, they worked around it and nothing was an issue for them. Patrick's knowledge of Victorian building standards is exemplary and he has an Eagle eye for details. Don't hesitate, this is your building inspector.

  we utilised the services of Quality Building Consultants, and were extremely pleased with their work. They completed the work on time as organised and to my surprised utilise an array of devices for checking thermal changes to detect defects. I was impressed to see this. I received a phone call immediately after the job was complete and had everything explained to me, and specifically reasons why the property was good, and conversely with the defects that were noted. I would definately use their services again. thankyou .
