  We recently engaged Quality Building Consultant for pre purchase building inspection and the service by Pat and Colette was outstanding from start to finish. Pat was thorough, knowledgeable and incredibly professional. Every detail (big and small) was picked up and clearly explained over the phone and in the report, which gave us complete confidence moving forward with our purchase. The report was delivered promptly, was easy to understand and included helpful photos and recommendations. Communication throughout the process was also excellent. Colette and Pat were responsive, courteous and happy to answer any questions we had. We're so grateful for the care and attention shown. Highly recommended to anyone needing peace of mind of their home purchase and also a reliable and detailed building inspection! Thanks again to Colette and Pat! 10 out of 10 service :)
