  CHOOSE THEM!!! Colette and Pat are just BRILLIANT. From our first email to the Final Inspection report, it was seamless, warm and just easy. Colette was always available and replied asap and such a joy. Their price was beyond reasonable and the final product - so impressive. Pat's attention to detail, his findings and photos gave us such faith that our brand new home was going to be perfect. He spotted every tiny issue, scrape, incomplete item, something not functioning correctly or not to standard and it was so relieving. I can't thank you both enough for making us feel like you cared. It wasn't a business transaction, it was real sincerity and that's rare. Thank you both. Stu and I are thrilled we chose you! If I could give you 10 stars I would. QBC - nailed it.

  Highly Recommended We engaged Quality Building Consultant because we had concerns about the quality of the workmanship during our renovation. Patrick’s inspection and detailed report uncovered multiple issues we may have otherwise missed. Thanks to his clear, evidence-based findings, we were able to get the builder to rectify everything promptly and to a much higher standard.
