  I was very happy with the building and pest report I had done with QBC. Their inspector took time to go through the report with me and answer questions and it was a good price.

  Right from the start I felt at ease due to Colettes amazing customer service and she organised everything so quickly as well and providing myself and my partner detailed description of the process of the building and pest inspection they provide. Pat the inspector is amazing. Providing us an extremely detailed report and taking the time end of business hours to talk through the report so we understand and can action any imperfections and treatments the property may need. Will be recommending this business to all friends and family for their future house purchases

  Excellent service! Patrick the building inspector was great to communicate with and offered some great advice in relation to purchasing a property. Colette was very responsive in managing the booking from start to finish too. Highly recommend!

  Colette and Pat have been absolutely amazing! They have completed 2 pre purchase building and pest inspections for us and both times the level of communication was absolutely amazing. We were under time pressure to complete our inspection before putting our final offer on a house, I called Colette on a Friday afternoon and let her know we onky had until the Monday lunch time to make our offer. They organised to do the inspection for us the following morning on the Saturday! Pat always calls you straight after the inspection and is very thorough with his verbal report, Colette then emails you the report within 3hours after the inspection. I can't recommend Quality Building Consultant enough, I will be reaching out to them in the future, such great communication and great quality inspection!!
