  Very prompt, thorough and professional service from both Colette and Pat. I received a phone call from Pat as soon as he was done with the inspection and he gave me a quick run through of the issues that he found. Shortly after, I was sent a detailed report which went beyond identifying major and minor issues, also noting recommendations to avoid problems in the future. The report was easy to understand and had photos attached for my reference. Thank you so much Pat and Colette!

  Met Pat at the house we are buying. He was very thorough with his work covering all areas. His report was very helpful and in depth. There were only two major concerns which I have passed on to the seller. They will fix these. Thank you Pat. Colette in the office was very helpful also. I would definitely recommend Quality Building Consulting.

  CHOOSE THEM!!! Colette and Pat are just BRILLIANT. From our first email to the Final Inspection report, it was seamless, warm and just easy. Colette was always available and replied asap and such a joy. Their price was beyond reasonable and the final product - so impressive. Pat's attention to detail, his findings and photos gave us such faith that our brand new home was going to be perfect. He spotted every tiny issue, scrape, incomplete item, something not functioning correctly or not to standard and it was so relieving. I can't thank you both enough for making us feel like you cared. It wasn't a business transaction, it was real sincerity and that's rare. Thank you both. Stu and I are thrilled we chose you! If I could give you 10 stars I would. QBC - nailed it.

  Highly Recommended We engaged Quality Building Consultant because we had concerns about the quality of the workmanship during our renovation.
