Very honest tradie, which is hard to find! Adrian inspected the issue and advised it would be a waste of my money to do the repair as it would only be a temporary fix. He then applied silicone to problem area to hopefully give me some time to decide on a permanent solution - he did this at no cost. He was also able to provide guidance on builder's warranty and insurance. I could not speak more highly of this bloke, thanks Adrian, much appreciated mate.
Frequently asked questions
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
Fully insured and all our work is covered by a guarantee and a certificate is supplied
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
A customer was having issues with water ingress into his house from a below ground work which previously was not rectified by another tradesmen who also charged him $14k for the works. On site inspection and testing it was determined that the water was actually coming from a broken roof tile which was tracking down the wall into the property. With our help the client won his case at vcat against the other tradesmen.
