Helping people and teaching people have always been fundamental parts of my life.  Helping people with real estate allows me to see people in houses and investments that build there wealth and change their lives forever.

Finding solutions to problems for my customers.  How to present the house best for sale, how to manage the property better, how to add value to a property are all things I get to help people with on a daily basis - this is great!

What makes you different to ever other real estate agent in Perth?  I come to real estate as a person first, someone looking to genuinely help.  I come from a professional service background so service is of upmost importance.  Helping people make the best decisions is also vital.

I check my pricing against industry standards and are aware that my pricing is excellent. My overheads are less than my competitors so I am sure I am always competitive.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Charges are different for the type of property and the type of service. Property Management is based on rent per week and then a percentage. Property Sales is based on a percentage or fixed fee depending on my clients desires. Buyers Agency rates depend on how much research and time is spent on finding the right property.
