The person on the phone was straightforward and booked a time for someone to come out and take a look. The roofer who came out was friendly and explained exactly what the problem was. He showed me the damaged tiles and how they were causing the leak. He gave me a quote on the spot, and it seemed fair, so I gave them the go-ahead. The crew was on time the next day and got straight to work. They were efficient and had the roof fixed up in no time. They even did a quick check of the rest of the roof for any other potential issues. They cleaned up all the old tiles and debris, and it was a smooth experience from start to finish. I'm really happy with the job, and I have peace of mind knowing the leak is gone for good.
