  The amount we paid in no way reflects a reasonable amount for parts and labour, for the job completed. The amounts quoted in the invoice were approximately x10 the price of actual parts. I’m not against paying a fair price for a job completed to our satisfaction, on time, and for the associated parts/ time involved. However, these guys are a blatant rip-off and I would never be recommending their services to anyone.

  These plumbers are clean, neat and tidy with their work and appearance. I have used them many times and I can say that they are good in terms of quality and price. When I compared their quote to other companies it was $500 less than others. I am happy I have used them and will continue to use them too.

  Had the 'Plumber' come out today, I was at work and also my house mate. His Asian partner was at home. Plumber turned up and asked her to move the sink that sits on top of the outside house drain. She complied. Even though stating it was not the outside drain that was blocked. He sent through a camera and hose. After he went to the correct area, which she had stated was the problem and opened the access plug and used the camera. but then used our own old hose going still in the wrong direction. He was told the blockage was believed to be below the toilet exit point where it goes towards the yarra valley sewage point. We had previously accessed Yarra Valley sewage pipe access points. For the 1 and a half hours he was here, he refused to listen to this Asian lady, and at the end stated that it would cost another 4 thousand dollars but 1 thousand dollars cheaper if it was confirmed tomorrow (13/2/2020).
