no i have many of customers that where happy and pass my number onto others, some customers are really nice and through barbecues at the end and invite all the trades. i think thats really nice.

what is texture coat? it is an acrylic product which is like paint with sand aggregate in it. will brickwork line show through render work? yes if not prepared properly and the right materials used for the job

job size, time frame allowed. single story or two. finishes required, eg sandfinish, float,set,limestone,daddo,texture,acrylic,skim coat,creme or grey cement. access to sight.

all ways different, can be a sqm rate or for the time taken. if there is enough sqm i will charge by the sqm. if small by how long will take.

no all aspects of plastering, but i do enjoy working on renovations and external finishes, such as texture coating, sandfinish, acrylic renders
