  I'd like to say a massive thanks to Denis, Paul and the team for my stunning new bathroom! I recently returned from a 5 week holiday, entrusting Denis, Paul and their team to install my new bathroom to a quality standard. Usually I would be reluctant to hand over my keys to complete strangers to do renovation work whilst I'm overseas, however, I took a leap of faith and I'm so glad I did. The entire process was smooth and stress free from start to finish. Denis was upfront and set clear expectations on what I could expect throughout the process and provided regular updates on progress via Whatsapp. If I had questions or concerns when I received a photo update, they were addressed within 24hrs by either Denis or Paul and then I could continue on, enjoying my holiday knowing that they had everything in hand. The team were extremely professional, personable and most importantly, organised! Which meant they completed the work according to the set schedule. I have come home to a completely transformed bathroom and the team have exceeded all expectations. The first night I returned from my holiday, I spent 2hrs in my bath enjoying my new calm space and I could not fault the quality of the workmanship. I'd especially like to say a huge thankyou to the tiler, as he has done an outstanding job which I consider to be a work of art. I would highly recommend Denis, Paul and the team if you're after a quality renovation job. I am already starting to think about doing my kitchen next year and I wouldn't look to anyone else to complete the work. Thankyou Denis, Paul and Team. I love my new bathroom!!

  We recently had our bathroom, toilet & laundry renovation completed by the Pinnacle Home Design team and are over the moon with the work completed. Denis was able to work with our ideas and vision to create a beautiful functional bathroom which would fit within the space we had available. The team conducting the site works were punctual and professional, always being courteous & leaving the work areas tidy. The whole renovation process was very organised and ran smoothly throughout. Denis & Paul have a great team and their processes refined. We love the beautiful spaces they have created for us & will continue to recommend them our friends & family.

  Excellent service. Great communication. Experienced tradies. Cannot fault the company. Everything was delivered on time. Able to choose all the furniture and fittings with good advice at the various shops. Would not hesitate to recommend them and would use again with no hesitation.

  Great job all round. Listened to what I wanted. Made good suggestions to improve the design. Gave me an excellent quality final product. Kitchen, bathroom and toilet all renovated. I am so happy with the final result. Highly recommend.

  Pinnacle were very clear, open and transparent in the scope of work required especially around items that were requested but may not be able to be reused and hence the quote was accurate. Even when there were delays in delivery the tradies went above and beyond to maintain the timeline. Most importantly the quality of the final completion was excellent. Very happy with my new bathroom, toilet and laundry.
