yes i am insured. i guarantee my work provided the client does everything both at the sessions and home that i ask of them and is completely honest.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

my family decided we needed to lose weight and just did our research and started training by ourselves and i lost 17kg, my husband lost 15kg and my son lost an incredible 27kg. i found i had a passion for exercise and helping people and so i did my course to become qualified.

my favourite customer story is a couple with 3 young children who were finding it hard to fit in workouts. I train them 3 times a week and Geoff has lost an incredible 20kgs this year and far exceeded his goals.

i like seeing people achieve their goals and feeling better about themselves. i like seeing them change both mentally and physically. I like to challenge people and meet lots of different people.

are my goals achievable? Yes provided you are prepared to put in the hard yards. How long have you been doing this job.? 5years How do i pay you? There are a variety of ways you can pay. I can't run or jump, so how do i do cardio? We can do lots of different things, such as boxing or hill walks.

i always go the extra mile and and turn up for sessions on time and prepared. i wouldn't still be in this industry if i wasn't reliable and trustworthy.

I have had some great results as long as people follow my plan. People cant beleive the transformation that can be made in only weeks. I myself have made an incredible transformation from mum of 3 to personal trainer. So i speak from experience

book 3 sessions a week and save $5 in each session. do homework i provide for you. stretch on your own time, this way all your session is taken up your workout.

Because i do mobile or park training, i keeps overheads down which allow me to pass on the savings to my clients.

some of my clients pay cash and some direct deposit into my bank account. I leave it up to my clients so it is at their convenience.

i mostly work with middle aged women who find it hard to shift the kilos and get back into shape. I also do mobile training for busy couples with young children who find it hard to get to the gym.

certificate III and IV in fitness and a several certificates in nutrition. i have been working in the industry for the last 5 years and have had great success with clients with various goals.
