Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We certainly are!  We would not even look at works that need to be done without having the right insurances in place.  We understand how important it is to both ourselves and our customers to have insurances just in case (and fingers crossed there never are) there are any accidents.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Not only to be my own boss and manage my time but I like to do own jobs around my house and i always have friends calling me to help them to do things at their properties!

I like the fact that i'm always meeting new people but also regularly seeing customers that I've been dealing with for a while.  I enjoy the work i do and i love to see how pleased people are at the end of the job

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

I have been let down by trades in the past and there is nothing more frustrating that people not turning up, doing a bad job or even running late!  I take personal pride in my work and my time keeping and reliability, if i'm running late i will always tell you.  If I need to re-arrange I will tell you.  If the job is going to take longer than expected i will tell you.  I'm sure you get the picture!

We're a friendly and reliable service that provides high quality maintenance services.  We'll be honest with you and always refer someone else if we cant to do the job as opposed to doing a bad job!  If we cant do something to our best we wont do it at all!

When do you need the job done by? How old/new the damage is? how did the damage happen?  Each quote is specific to the customer, we will not waste your time if you do not waste our, we'll work together as a team!

All of our pricing will be fair to the size of the job, its important to us that each customer is happy with the quality of work and equally as important -  the price!

We charge per job and make sure that you get the most for your money out of us whether it be a quick and easy job or something that takes a little more time and detail!
