  Sam and his team did a fantastic job or removing old tile from our balcony, discovered that the balcony didn’t have any previous water proofing, put in the appropriate water proofing, retiled the balcony and then made sure that water drained perfectly off our balcony. They also tiled our entryway with new tile and had it all done within 4days. Just a stellar job, very happy and would recommend Sam and his team to everyone. A big thank you to Sam for guiding us throughout the whole process, providing his advice from his many years of experience.

  I am impressed Sam said he got at least 30 years experience in tiling. Besides, he hasn't got anyone helping and did all tasks himself so undeniably he is very hard working. I just discovered next day during the floor cleanup, there are a few spots the tiles got chipped but one looks very obvious, I believe those were likely caused by taking out the tile spacers/leveller. I would hope that he should let me know but not waiting me to discover. Unless this is normal and expect to happen that i am not 100% certain. Besides, I also mention a few key issue to be addressed for the job that was not addressed eventually. Apart for those, he is okay and doing a clean job.
