Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes we are fully insured, all work comes with a MINIMUM 3 month warranty. But if for any reason an issue arises directly due to the work we have carried out we will still honour the warranty outside of this period.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have been doing it since i left school. I enjoy what I do so I have continued to learn new aspects of the industry as well as all brands. I got my start for Dominator in New Zealand over 23 years ago.

I once had a customer that drove home one evening and forgot to open their garage door before driving in, he pushed his entire door to the back wall of the garage, needless to say he needed a new door.

The variety, I don't often get stuck in the same place all day that makes my work enjoyable and most of the customers I meet are friendly and have some great stories to tell.

Does my garage door need servicing. Answer. Yes but unlike most companies we will advise you on how to assess if your door needs service/repair, instead of saying it simply needs annual service. Every door is different and needs to be treated so.

I think it is important to gain the customers trust, this means that we might not always charge a customer at all if we feel that there could be a problem arising in the future. This often gets us the repeat business as well as a lot of word of mouth business.

We offer Brisbanes cheapest and most reliable service. We only use trusted quality brands where as a lot of other companies say that they use quality but are misleading customers. If we can't fix it or you want to think about it there is NO CHARGE.

Type and brand of door e.g. panel door or roller door. Brand of opener and approximate age. Problems that they are experiencing. Age and service history if available.

Give as much information about your product as well as your problem. Also it is handy to be at home when you call as we may be able to talk you through it if it sounds like something simple.

Being a small family owned company, our overheads are the lowest in the industry, allowing us to pass on those savings to the customer without compromising on manufacturers warranty. In fact we often give MORE than the standard manufacturers warranty.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We come out and inspect with the aim to repair/replace while we are on site. However if we can't fix it at the time of first visit, we will advise you and NOT charge a callout for the quote. It is then up to the customer to decide to take our advise or not, no obligation.

More than 23 years in the industry, with experience in ALL BRANDS. Most companies advertise "combined experience" which can be very misleading. Sales, service and installation experience in both Australia and New Zealand.
