When i finished school 30 years ago i went into painting. I've had other roles throughout my life eg property development and finance etc but went back to painting as its less stressful and more satisfying and gives me the work life balance i'm after.

We can add a substantial amount of value to someones home just by painting it. Your home is where you live spend most of your time and bring up your family. The painting work in someones home can help create the look and feel of this environment. Helping to create this is satisfying.

Should i choose the higher end paint or the lower end paint whats the difference? The cheaper end paints of today were the higher end paints 10 years ago.,technology is changing quickly choose the higher end paint if you can because this last longer and is more durable.

A site visit is generally required to determine how much preparation is required before painting also enables for more accurate quoting as materials can be established also access. The colors are important as this will determine whether 1, 2 or 3 coats is needed.

If its an internal job make sure the furniture is removed or minimized to save our time in moving this around. If its an external job wash the house down and remove any wasp nests etc. Choose your painter carefully sometimes a cheaper quote can cost you more in the long run
