  Great communication & high-quality work with high professionalism throughout. The only downside was pricing was pretty high for nature or the job (replacing 2 bidet sprays & installing 1 stick vac on wall). Total time charged 90 min for 60 min on the premises.

  Thank you for your review and for your kind words about the quality of our work and communication. For transparency, I’d like to clarify a few points. All pricing was clearly outlined and agreed upon prior to the job, including a $185+GST call-out fee (covering travel and up to one hour on-site) and a $135+GST hourly rate thereafter. These details were confirmed via Oneflare and again over the phone. Our time on-site is recorded using both our internal job management system and Verizon GPS tracking in our vehicles. These systems confirmed 15 minutes of travel and 1.25 hours on-site, not including a separate 10-minute discussion about tiling work. This ensures accuracy and eliminates any timekeeping discrepancies. Although I took a few brief phone calls, they were on loudspeaker and did not interrupt the job. It’s also worth noting that the works were not as straightforward as suggested. Both bidet sprays had already fallen off prior to my arrival, leaving damage that required additional care during installation. The wall where the stick vacuum was to be mounted was also previously damaged and structurally weakened, necessitating special fixings. Additionally, the information provided beforehand did not accurately reflect the site conditions, which impacted the time and tools required. While we always aim to work efficiently and deliver high-quality outcomes, we understand pricing expectations can vary. We encourage clients seeking cheap or fixed-cost services to raise that preference during initial discussions so we can tailor our approach accordingly.   My wife and I are beyond grateful to the team at Nomadic Home & Garden. After purchasing what we thought was our dream home, we were devastated to discover that our stunning backyard transformed into a waterlogged swamp after just minutes of rainfall — a result of substandard work during construction, and something we never could have anticipated. It was an incredibly disheartening and stressful experience. Thanks to Matt and his exceptional team, we were able to take the first crucial steps toward resolving the issue — and most importantly, without bearing the full financial burden of rebuilding the entire backyard. Their comprehensive reports, professionalism, and genuine compassion helped us navigate a situation that could have easily overshadowed the joy of our new home.   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely incredible team – true lifesavers! The Nomadic Home and Garden team came out today and absolutely smashed it! After a tough summer, my garden was in desperate need of attention and they squeezed me in at the very last minute — without rushing or compromising on quality. They went above and beyond with their service, putting in serious hard work to help get everything looking fresh and clean before winter. The results speak for themselves — I’m beyond stoked! Their customer service was outstanding, they were professional, kind, and genuinely cared about the work they were doing. It’s rare to find a team this committed and down-to-earth. Big thank you to Dianne, who made magic happen to get me booked in before my inspection! She moved mountains at short notice and was just so kind, understanding, and helpful. Special shoutout to Allen!!!! The absolute legend who did the hard yards on the day, worked tirelessly with the most amazing attitude! — Not a single complaint and such a genuine, fun and positive person to have around <3 I’ll be specifically requesting him in future! And Matt, who finalised the job and called to go over the invoice — such a lovely human!
