On a new home or building roofing works -provide the scaffolding themselves for safe roofing works  -Make sure the site is clean, the ground is level -Make sure the frame is complete and ready for the roofing works   On existing homes and or building -Provide there own bins for any roofing waste  -Make sure there is clear access to the area or building

All roofing items are calculated into one lump sum but the scope of works is broke down and listed out into line items, so the customer can review both the quote with the scope of works before accepting the quote.
