  Two guys came on time, they worked with care and it was a pleasant experience for me. There was only one minor issue, I was told that there is no fee for stairs but there was. Overall, I really liked their work.

  Honestly the worst experience with this company. Had plans with a fixed priced confirmed through emails multiple times and then morning of attempted to change the price by $200 increase minimum and then after being desperate to need to move as I have a newborn and work reasons they stuffed us around the entire day and never showed up until 6 hours later!!!! Absolutely horrid to hire! They continuously hung up on me and rejected my calls. Ended up using a hire truck ourselves and luckily both our families pitched in!!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!!

  This company was very unprofessional. We made appointment time to meet at storage centre, I waited for 1 hour in the heat and eventually rang the office to see how far off they were and response was "hasn't the driver contacted you, give me a minute I will call you back". Harry called back to say truck had broken down & they would be there in 1.5 hrs. Eventually I received a text message to say they couldn't come as truck had further problem. Harry called again to ask if job could be done on Sunday I agreed. The removalists on the day arrived in a truck from "Otter" manufacturing _ I think these guys must be doing jobs on the weekend on the side, as they did not appear to be very experienced. My dining table has had leg broken & writing desk has had piece broken off top. When job finished I was asked for cash payment different to amount agreed with Harry. Turned out higher hourly rate as well as double hours taken to complete job. Very unimpressed with this service.

  Hi Kay , we r really apologise for delays that we already told u .we r fully booked on Sunday so that's why we need to use different manufacturing truck .and we doing this business from last 20 years this is not weekend business .u can go through with google and read about our company.last thing is price that we already had confirmed on 21 November 2016 I have quote confirmation we will upload soon with reply .Regards Harry
