Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Accepted Answer

Yes we are fully insured and we guarantee our work for 6 months but we can't guarantee parts if they are faulty we will change and return them but if found not to be a fault of product and it's because of client will be charged full price

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

After working up north I realised my love of working with water I mean I've always loved the beach but who doesn't but water is everything to me and I love being able put some green back into the earth for all we take to build our houses and work places

There more like family now - seen a post on fb for a lady who's a single mum with stage 4 cancer that wanted her backyard done and I put my hand up to donate time and supplies and to end organising this along with her sister and other trades we did her whole backyard and some her front yard for free

I love water and having the ability to make things grow at the same time replacing some of the green we have taken from the world to make our house's work places

Experience, if they have a website or page where work can be viewed, if they've done that type of work before and if they charge a day rate or by the hour on installs

If I can do a better price? I can normally move with my price a little depending how quick want job done and if they want me use parts of less reputable company but I won't gaurentee this work

I feel bad over charging as when I've worked for wages couldn't believe the prices of the companies I worked for were charging and I treat everyone with respect and as if they were a family member or friend as I would like to build a ongoing relationship with each and every client

We are willing to work with the client to get it any job done and within there budget(within reason) with quality materials/supplies and work plus work weekends we will get it complete by time needed

Size of area, what they want done, any problem/issue they know of, any particular products plants or materials they want to use

1- remove anything that is not going to be used or kept for the job 2- mark location of solinoids/valves or issue if known  3- if we are install if you have the area fairly level means less labour costs

My hourly rate will be reduced by $5 per hour or by 5% on any installation for any oneflare customers who will rate us and leave comments on our work and like us on Facebook

We are willing to work with client and will try keep price as low as possible also we have great suppliers where we get great prices we pass onto our clients

I charge by the hour for maintainence and service work and installations are charged at day rate and both are plus parts

We specialise in irrigation maintainence and fault finding including bores and pumps but very skilled with the installation side of things both with irrigation and landscaping

I've been in the irrigation trade now for around 9 years and previously drilled water bores up north, I was trained by one of the best fault finding people in wa in regards to irrigation service work and I have been doing the landscaping side of things for about 4/5 years and have eye for detail
